Returns & Exchanges
We’re so sure that Original Sole products will change how you feel in your shoes, that we’ll give you 7 days to notify us if you are not happy with them for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your products or have any other complaints about them, or wish to exchange or return your item, please email us first to inform us of the problem (link to contact us). Returned items will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order unworn and in the original packaging. Either a refund or credit note will be provided at the Company’s discretion.
If your goods prove to be faulty, we will provide an exchange or full refund as requested if the goods have not been used. Please send with the goods being returned:
- Proof of purchase
- Internet confirmation or receipt from store where purchased
- Shipping receipt
Unfortunately postage and packing costs cannot be refunded. For refunds, please allow up to 7 days for credit card purchases to be processed and credits to be applied.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take 7 additional days to note the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, don’t hesitate to contact us!
